Refund Policy

The short version
If the PDF doesn't generate — for any reason — you get your money back. Email us and we'll refund within 1 business day.
When you get a full refund
- The scanner can't read your website (some sites block automated scanners)
- The PDF email never arrives within 30 minutes (and isn't in your spam)
- The PDF is corrupted or fails to open
- For the €99 plan: the developer doesn't complete the changes within 5 business days
When we can't refund
- You bought the report, read it, and decided you don't agree with the suggestions (the report is yours to use or ignore)
- You implemented the changes but didn't see results in your preferred timeframe (SEO takes 2-6 weeks; we can't guarantee outcomes)
- You bought the wrong website URL by accident (we'll happily re-run for the correct URL for free)

Email hello@copypasteseo.com with your order email and a sentence about what happened. No forms, no fuss.
How long refunds take
We process refunds within 1 business day. Stripe typically takes 5-10 business days to return the money to your card.
